
Cross Country Training Plan
Here you will find the outlined training plan for the season. The training plan will be updated every 4 weeks. Workouts, distances, and everything in between are subject to change on a day to day basis. This training plan serves as a general outline on what to expect each day and week of training. The training plan will provide you with suggested training goals to strive for such as weekly mileage goals and daily recommended distances to complete. As a coaching staff, we believe that if each individual student-athlete were to appropriately follow this training plan as consistently as possible throughout the season, we will be able to achieve all the team and individual goals set forth for the program. Remember, you earn the medals at practice, you pick them up at the races.
